BUT LET’S GET REAL…
There is always choices even when they are invisible
Therapy can be difficult. The process to heal and progress takes effort which is pretty hard for someone to start when they feel inadequate. I am here to listen and to walk through those feelings with you . The first big step is to call. Do you have communication issues with your family/friends that just doesn’t seem to ever be resolved? Do you feel like the crazy stuff happening in the world is personally affecting your mind? Let’s talk it out. You are so much stronger than you think you are.
My practice will always be a Queer Affirming practice and as a mixed race gay male I hope to ensure judgment free space to explore any aspect of your life with you.
I have experience working with many different populations over the past decade -LGBTQIA+
